Marketing isn’t a magic pill — and these terms aren’t a trap. Here’s what applies when you use this site or work with us. Plain English, both sides protected.

01 — Who we are

Social Mulli

An honest marketing partner for gyms, studios, and local businesses. “We,” “us,” and “Social Mulli” refer to the business behind this site.

02 — The free audit

Real work, no promises

The marketing audit is genuinely free. It’s an honest look at how your business is showing up online plus a 30-minute walkthrough call.

We don’t guarantee specific revenue, lead, or traffic numbers as a result of the audit. It’s a recommendation, not a forecast. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling.

03 — Paid services

Month-to-month, no games

  • Month-to-month. No long-term contracts unless we agree otherwise in writing. We earn the next month every month.
  • Ad spend goes to the platform. You pay it directly. We don’t mark up media.
  • Either side can end it. With reasonable written notice. We’ll wrap up cleanly and hand off your assets.
  • No result guarantees. Marketing involves variables outside any agency’s control — algorithm changes, market conditions, your offer, your follow-up. We do the reps; we can’t promise outcomes.
04 — Your part

What we need from you

  • Give us accurate information about your business.
  • Respond to leads in a reasonable timeframe — we can drive interest, but we can’t close it for you.
  • Pay invoices on time. Late or missed payments may pause the work.
05 — This website

What's ours stays ours

The content on this site (copy, design, brand) belongs to Social Mulli. Don’t copy, resell, or rebrand it. Don’t use the site to break the law, attempt to access systems you shouldn’t, or harass anyone.

06 — Limits of liability

The reasonable line

We do our best work, but we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost revenue, lost opportunity, business interruption. If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid us in the previous 30 days.

07 — Updates

If anything changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
